Romy's Farm is a private riverside villa, Glass Room and pool in Karjat, reserved for one guest group at a time.
Is the entire property private?
Yes. Romy's Farm is booked as the entire property for one group at a time. The Villa, Glass Room, private pool and guest outdoor areas are exclusively for your group.
How many guests can stay?
Up to 12 guests can stay. The base accommodation price includes 4 guests; each additional guest costs ₹2,000 per night.
How many rooms, beds and bathrooms are there?
There are four sleeping areas: two Villa bedrooms, two beds in the Villa Lounge, and the separate Glass Room. There are three attached bathrooms. The two Villa bedrooms and the Glass Room each have one; Lounge guests share the Villa bedroom bathrooms.
How far is the Glass Room from the Villa?
The Glass Room is about 50 metres from the Villa. It sleeps up to four guests and has its own attached bathroom.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 2 PM and check-out is 12 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is not guaranteed and requires prior approval.
Is the pool private?
Yes. The pool is private and only for your group. Pool timings are 9 AM to 7 PM. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the pool, and pets cannot enter the pool.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. Romy's Farm is pet-friendly. Pets must be supervised and cannot enter the pool. The charge is ₹1,000 per pet per day.
How do meals work?
Meals are optional and paid separately at the property. Breakfast is ₹350 per person, lunch ₹800, dinner ₹800, or ₹1,950 for the full-day meal package. Children under 5 eat free; ages 5–9 are charged 50%.
Can guests cook or order from delivery apps?
The kitchen is reserved for staff, although guests may use the microwave, kettle and available utensils. One adult may enter the kitchen only to prepare infant food or formula. Outside raw food is not permitted, and Zomato and Swiggy do not deliver to the property.
Is Wi-Fi and power backup available?
Yes. Wi-Fi is available, with the strongest coverage in and around the Glass Room. The property also has inverter backup, although occasional countryside power or network interruptions can occur.
Can guests access the river?
Yes. There is a private path to the river. During monsoon or Tata Dam releases, rocks and access can become slippery or unsafe, so guests must follow on-site safety guidance.
Do you allow stag-only groups?
No. Romy's Farm does not accept stag-only groups.
What is the cancellation policy?
You cannot cancel the whole booking or change the dates. No problem. The price for the first 4 guests stays the same. If any booked extra guest above 4 can't come, you get ₹2,000 back per guest per night booked. It can be refunded or adjusted in your food bill. We count guests at the property.
Can I add more guests after booking?
More guests can join after booking. Each new guest above the first 4 costs 2,000 per person per day. Pay during check out at the property. We count guests at the property. Maximum 12 guests in total.
How do I check availability and book?
Open the direct booking page, select your dates and group size, review the live accommodation price, and complete the secure online payment through Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed after payment is verified.
