Cancellation & Refund Policy

After payment and confirmation

After successful payment and booking confirmation:

• No cancellation
• No refund for full-booking cancellation or the base price for 4 guests
• No rescheduling
• No date changes
• No transfer to alternative booking dates

If an extra guest backs out

No problem. The price for the first 4 guests stays the same. If any booked extra guest above 4 can't come, you get ₹2,000 back per guest per night booked. It can be refunded or adjusted in your food bill. We count guests at the property.

Applicable rights

This policy does not remove any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law, including where Romy’s Farm itself is unable to provide the confirmed stay.
